  • Where do we deliver?
    In Romania: We deliver throughout the country by courier in specialized packaging. Abroad: We deliver to Italy, Spain, Belgium, Holland and the United Kingdom (wholesale sales only)
  • Do we deliver every day?
    Depending on the day you placed the order, it will be shipped according to the following schedule: Orders placed between Wednesday-Sunday, will be processed and shipped starting on Monday. Orders placed between Monday-Tuesday will be processed and shipped starting on Wednesday.
  • Payment methods!
    You can pay online with the card, through Revolut or cash on delivery.
  • How do we handle returns?
    Given the perishable nature of the product, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve it correctly.
  • Can I find the products in the store?
    No, you cannot find our products in a physical store. All our deliveries come to you directly from our farm and can be ordered through our online store.
  • How do I know my meat will be fresh and arrive cold at my door?
    Once cut, our premium beef is vacuum packed and frozen to ensure freshness. To ensure that the meat is kept cold on the way, it is delivered in special boxes that keep the products frozen for 72 hours. You must be available to accept your order on the day of delivery.
  • What is quick freezing?
    Quick freezing is one of the most versatile methods of preserving food. Quick freezing maintains 100% taste, quality and appearance like no other method. Most of these are due to the speed at which the product is frozen. Quick freezing is: safer: minimizes bacterial growth compared to standard freezing or no freezing healthier: quick freezing prevents nutrients from spoiling
  • What should I do with the products after I receive them?
    After receiving your products from Angus Farm, we recommend storing them in the freezer. We recommend keeping them in the freezer and consuming them within 3-4 months.
  • How long should I consume the meat?
    On average, you should consume the product (vacuum sealed) within 10 days of delivery. Alternatively you can keep the product frozen and use it before the expiry date shown on the packaging.
  • Is the meat matured?
    Yes. The steaks are aged for 30 days, so the meat has the chance to develop an extraordinary flavor and tenderness.
