  • Our 100% natural grass-fed, low-fat Angus ground beef is extremely versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes. Here are some cooking tips:

      • To defrost the ground beef, place the grass-fed Angus beef in a bowl of cold water (in its package) and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes. 
      • Grass-fed beef cooks faster than grain-fed beef.
      • Our mince is lower in fat than traditional mince, so you may need to add a little oil or water to prevent sticking to the pan or drying out too much.
      • Always make sure the mince is fully cooked before serving, no longer pink inside.

    Foarte buna carnea tocata, exact ce cautam - o carne de vita grass fed si cu continut redus de grasime, ceva ce nu am gasit in magazine. Culoarea e foarte diferita, iar gustul perfect.

    Preferata mea

    Carnea de vita tocata low-fat este preferata mea. Imi place sa o prepar la tigaie impreuna cu diverse ierburi si condimente. Uneori imi place sa o folosesc in retete de ardei umpluti.

    De fiecare data cand consum carne de vita inainte de ziua de antrenament la sala simt ca am o performanta mult mai crescuta.
