- Start by letting the burgers come to room temperature before cooking. This will ensure they cook evenly and stay juicy.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- If using the grill, oil the grill to prevent sticking. If using a pan, add a small amount of oil to the bottom of the pan.
- Place the burgers on the grill or in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, turning once. Be careful not to overcook the burgers, as grass-fed meat cooks faster than grain-fed meat.
- Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the burgers. For medium-rare, the temperature should be 55-57°C, for medium, it should be 60-62°C, and for well done, the temperature should be 70°C or higher. Once the burgers are cooked to your liking, remove them from the grill or pan and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
