Always let meat rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
Be careful not to overcook it, as grass-fed beef tends to cook faster than regular beef.
To cook the cut of meat, preheat a heavy-based pan over medium-high heat and add a little butter or brush the meat with butter. Follow the recommended cooking times according to your preferences:
For meatrarely: cook 1½-2 minutes per side and let rest for 6 minutes.
For meatmedium-rare: cook 2-2½ minutes per side and let rest for 5 minutes.
For meatmedium: cook 3-3½ minutes per side and let rest for 4 minutes.
For meatwell-done: cook 4½-5 minutes per side and let rest for 1 minute.
After you have cooked the piece of meat, remove it from the pan, cover it with foil and let it rest in a warm place for the recommended time.

E suuuuper gustos ! Comandasem doar 1, sa ii fac o bucurie soțului meu. Nu a apucat sa manance prea mult ca 3 din 4 copii au papat tot ( 1 nu are dinti 😄)
Cel mai bun steak pe care l-am avut. Am descoperit ca daca marinez carnea in apa cu ghimbir macinat sau tocat va face carnea mult mai frageda (se pare ca ghimbirul contine o enzima care ajuta pentru asta). Am gatit medium rare, si e super delicios. Recomand.
