The failure of Angus Farm Ventures SRL to respect any right vis-à-vis the user arising from this agreement shall not in any case constitute a waiver of that right. The right to assert a right in connection with violations of this agreement expires one year after the date on which the event that constituted a violation of the right occurred.

This agreement is for an indefinite period.

Pricing policy

All product sales prices displayed and indicated on the angus-farm.com and angus-farm.ro websites include VAT and all other taxes.

The presentation of the goods in the aforementioned online store does not constitute a binding offer by angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro for the conclusion of a sales contract.

angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro can refuse an offer from the customer without indicating the reasons, especially if there is a suspicion of professional resale of the goods by the customer.

Terms of purchase

All prices displayed in the website windows, in the product sheets and in the purchase phase are indicated in Lei. In the event of a price discrepancy after the purchase order, the Customer may notify this by telephone or e-mail and may withdraw, without incurring any penalty, from the assumed purchase commitment.

The customer can purchase the products from the electronic catalog of angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro at the time of placing the order. The images and technical data accompanying each product's data sheet may not be complete and exhaustive in terms of its features. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro through a response by e-mail, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will repropose all the data entered by the Client who undertakes to check their correctness and promptly communicate any corrections.

The contract stipulated between the Client and angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro is considered concluded only after angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro has sent the contractual acceptance email. By placing the order on the website of ngus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro, the Customer declares that he has read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure.

Considering that some food products such as meat may suffer a small variation in weight, we inform customers that pieces of meat may have a tolerance of approximately 50 gr.

Billing

For each order placed on the angus-farm.com or angus-farm.ro websites, Angus Farm Ventures SRL issues an invoice/receipt for the shipped material. The invoice/receipt is issued at the same time as the order is processed and normally accompanies the goods in the envelope placed on the packaging or is sent by e-mail. For issuing the invoice, the information provided by the Customer during the purchase procedure is valid. After the invoice is issued, it will not be possible to make changes to the data indicated in it.
